Jesus A. Garcia is the founding principle of the company and has more than 25-years experience with communications structured cable systems. Mr. Garcia specializes in both inside plant and outside plant communications installation infrastructures in addition to structrured cable systems. Mr. Garcia is directly involved with each project from initial design and construction administration to customer support. Having an RCDD certification  will warranty that the job is done under all current industry specifications and best business practices.

Our Special Systems/IT Project Manager has over 10+ years of special systems and IT project design experience. The set of skills acquired throught the many years of networking experience has complemented the skills needed to design and install todays newest technology. GarCom's Special Systems Department has worked designing and completing many Secuirty, Digital Signage, Control Centers, A/V and secure videoteleconferencing projects giving our clients access the best possible turn-key solution for you projects.
